At the beginning of my working life my desire was always to “join in” and to be able to see the success of my own actions every day. About 20 years ago, DVM was the first and only company to offer me this very opportunity. Since then, I have acquired additional skills to actively shape my own personal goals, as well as those of our entire team. After completing my degrees in Insurance Operation Manager (DVA) and Fellow of the CII, as the Managing Director of DVM, I am responsible for the process organization and quality management.

Above all, I am motivated by the pleasure of action on a daily basis. Whether giving advice to exciting, interesting and challenging target groups or brokering specific extra benefits – it is important that we ultimately achieve joint success. By getting the best for our clients, we set ourselves apart on the market with our service.  And leave a lasting, positive impression for the future.
